Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right. You are welcome to return any of our items within 7 days of receipt if you change your mind or have purchased the wrong item. Please package up your item securely and ship it by registered post or courier to Slide Star with a copy of your invoice and an explanatory note.
– Goods must be saleable as new items, and in original packaging if possible please
– Goods must not be fitted or used
– Goods must not be modified or personalised (such as respraying).
We will send you a store credit for the original cost of the item. You are responsible for the costs to ship the item back to Slide Star as well as any shipping costs on the replacement item(s) you purchase with your credit.
We love to send free stickers with our orders! If you return your goods for a change of mind, you need to send back any free gifts as well. The value of any unreturned gifts will be deducted from your store credit.
Limitations
Some items are not returnable due to change of mind, including, but not limited to, custom or special order items and services such as fitting tyres.
If you have purchased items on clearance or at a sale price, no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind or have no use for the item.
Faulty Items or Damaged Items
We work hard to ensure you receive high quality products. Slide Star will gladly exchange or refund any faulty merchandise that we are notified of within a reasonable timeframe. If you believe your item is faulty please contact JB for advice. Just reply to your order email or contact info@slidestar.com.au. We will repair, replace or refund (at our discretion) items that are considered faulty, according to our obligation by law.
Wrong Items or Missing items
Firstly, please accept our apologies! You can reply to your order email, or contact info@slidestar.com.au and we will work towards sorting things out as soon as possible. If any incorrect, or damaged parts need to be returned, we will organise a courier pickup or reimburse your postage costs. Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method.
